Common Questions

What clients ask before requesting a quote.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

Our team reviews every request personally. You will typically hear back within one business day with the appropriate next steps — additional questions, an initial estimate, or a proposed match for your assignment.

How quickly can you respond to urgent requests?

Urgent requests are common in our work. For anything time-sensitive, call the office at (704) 408-3132 and we will do our best to move quickly.

What information should I include in my request?

The more you can share, the better. Helpful details include the service you need (On-Site Interpreting, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI), American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, or Translation Services), the language, the date and time, the location, the expected audience, and any subject matter or continuity considerations.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no required monthly volume or ongoing service commitment to work with ILG. You can use our services according to your needs, whether for an individual assignment or ongoing language-access support. Individual services may have minimum billable requirements or specific service structures depending on the modality, location, and assignment. Once we understand your request, our team will explain the applicable structure and provide an estimate.

Can I request an interpreter I have worked with before?

Yes. Continuity is a primary commitment in how we coordinate. If you have worked with a specific interpreter before, mention it in your request and we will do our best to accommodate.
